Edward Forshaw, 80: Operating Engineer Edward William Forshaw, Jr. formerly a resident of Hastings-on-Hudson passed away on May 10, 2018 in Sebring, FL. He was born March 8, 1938 to Edward and Elizabeth Forshaw, Sr. On September 23, 1961 he married Lottie Ann Usher. Eddie was Captain of Uniontown Hose Company #2, he was a member of Firemen's Exempts, Operating Engineer's Local 137, American Legion, BPO Elks, and Tower Ridge Yacht Club. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lottie Ann Usher Forshaw, his daughter, Selena Ann Valentin of Sebring FL, and his son, William Edward Forshaw of Neptune, NJ, and brothers (Lee and Francis) and sisters (Linda and Sue). Also predeceased by his parents, Edward and Elizabeth Forshaw, Sr. and one sister (Janice Granger). Friends may call at the Hastings Funeral Home, 15 Spring Street, Hastings on Hudson from 2 – 4 and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 Funeral Service at Hastings Funeral home on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hasting's Fire Department, in Edward's name.
