When I think about Aunt Mary, I think about her as a partner. She and Uncle Eddy built the cider mill into a successful business. Besides sharing the work at the stand, I am sure she knew how to run a business. But before the success of the cider mill, I remember Aunt Mary as a great cook. When ever we had family get together, she always brought something good to eat. In my 75 years on this earth, I have never had potato salad as good as she made. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend her funeral, but Shelba and I will remember her in our prayers.
