Ramón, también conocido como Antonio, residió durante mucho tiempo en Yonkers, Nueva York, y falleció el 13 de octubre de 2024, en Mount Vernon a la edad de 84 años.

Fue un esposo devoto de Miranda durante 46 años y un padre amoroso de Estela Ramírez, Wendy Armistead, Kathy Cuevas, Glendy Jones y Kathleen Czaplicki.

Fue un querido abuelo de Anthony, Albert, Yasselyn, Luis, Michael, Jose, Marvin, Anthony P, Angel, Marcus, Addison, Marleen, Lenny, Alexander, Gabriella y bisabuelo de Mathew y Enzo.

Era el hijo mayor de 13 hermanos. Le sobreviven sus hermanos Patria, Chiche, Pedrito, Rafael, Mercedes, Mon, Jesús María, Mente, Papi Chiquito, Duva, Minerva, Virgen.

A el le apasionaba construir cosas y ayudar a las personas. Era un miembro muy activo de su comunidad y querido por muchos. Amaba toda la música, pero su artista favorito de todos los tiempos era Elvis.

Se llevará a cabo una reunión conmemorativa el viernes 18 de octubre de 2024, en el Community Home for Funerals (Sinatra) ubicado en el 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, Nueva York.

Se llevará a cabo una misa católica de cuerpo presente en la Iglesia Santa Teresa de Ávila ubicada en 130 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, Nueva York. Ramón, also known as Antonio, was a long-time resident of Yonkers, New York, he passed away on October 13, 2024, in Mount Vernon, New York, at the age of 84.

 

He was a devoted husband to Miranda for 46 years and a loving father to Estela Ramirez, Wendy Armistead, Kathy Cuevas, Glendy Jones and Kathleen Czaplicki. He was a beloved grandfather of Anthony, Albert, Yasselyn, Luis, Michael, Jose, Marvin, Anthony P, Angel, Marcus, Addison, Marleen, Lenny, Alexander, Gabriella and great-grandfather of Mathew and Enzo.

 

He was the eldest son of 13 siblings. He is survived by his brothers Patria, Chiche, Pedrito, Rafael, Mercedes, Mon, Jesús María, Mente, Papi Chiquito, Duva, Minerva, Virgen.

 

He was passionate about building things and helping people. He was a very active member of his community and loved by many. He loved all music, but his all-time favorite artist was Elvis.

 

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Community Home for Funerals (Sinatra) located at 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, New York. A Catholic Mass will be held at St. Teresa of Avila Church located at 130 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
